       I got too deeply into various aspects of the background of local politics and left very little time for my original purpose of this interview, trying to understand the decision making process that allowed the construction on Red Hill in the year 2007/2008. After an hours conversation my video had run out and I had yet to begin to ask the questions that prompted our get together, an audio recording was made of the extra 20 minutes that helped but left me feeling that I had barely scratched the surface.
