' Presidential candidate Barack Obama's campaign has been in full damage control mode since the senator's blunt remarks about the nature of small town Pennsylvania voters were secretly recorded by a Huffington Post blogger at a recent San Francisco fundraiser that was supposed to be off limits to the press. Obama, asked last Sunday why it was so hard for him to reach blue-collar voters, said that many had been overlooked economically and that "it's not surprising then they get bitter, they cling to guns or religion or antipathy to people who aren't like them or anti-immigrant sentiment or anti-trade sentiment as a way to explain their frustrations." '

Bitter...? Bitter..!?  'the nature of small town Pennsylvania voters'  This is why I feel alienated from the Democratic candidates though I admit I have an inclination to still hold out some 'Hope' for the man a passenger in my taxi described as a 'Chicago Politician'.  But it  indicates how shallow a grasp Obama has on the pulse of the USA. I am not saying turn to Hillary good God have mercy on us.  Forget it I can't keep up with these candidates and what they are saying or not.. what will the drive to reach the pinnacle of Power make one say...? Well anything you think might get you elected.  But Bitter!? ..... try RAGE!  ....try beaten down...Pissed off and hardly knowing why I am talking about myself and I feel a strong sense of Brotherhood be they Conservative or Liberal or wacky or whatever from sea to shining sea if anyone else feels something of the same order.. Americans involved in the day to day survival in America. This country is so deep in making a mockery of the Land of the Free and the Home of the Brave. I am not doubting the courage that is particularly the young men and women who go with  motivation and pride into the armed forces though I wish and urge all men and women to find some other way to serve your country. Right now you are just well meaning pawns to an American 'Democracy' that is in full throttle over flown the banks of grounded reason and has struck out for the newest edition of the Roman Empire. This country can go back to being a simple great country within our own borders and do far more justice and good to all the other nations of the Planet than we currently do with all our armed forces spread around the world.
