An American and Mexican Partnership into turning all of our Communities into Models of Environmental Health and Harmony. Independent businesses in all fields to be supported by tax breaks. Tariffs reinstated on American Corporations that sell products made in foreign countries into the US.    All travelers get to keep their shoes on. An official end to the war on Terrorism to be substituted with an informal system of Global Co-operation and Justice naturally arising from the best self-interests in all Countries in providing Health, Wealth and Independence for all it's citizen's.     An end to the War on Drugs and the incarceration of thousands of American citizens for crimes of self-medication and the pursuit of happiness Every town in the US with a population of over 10,000 has a Community House that serves as re-entry for Prisoners as well as Shelter for the Homeless. These 'Community Houses' each can  develop local industry that helps repay it's towns with an eye toward providing work skills     Every American citizen has an opportunity to be part of the reweaving of a interdependent and flourishing economy. An economy based on principles of Independent community businesses with a renewed mission based on a Respect for our Environment. A new generation of products designed to last for a lifetime. With recycling all parts and elements to be part of every Companies mission and responsibility.    Community Hospitals across America with a corresponding workforce of American Doctors and Nurses providing care and attention to all citizens from Birth to Death. Financial support provided by local taxes, National Taxes and a pay as you go system that is reasonable and affordable.. Private Hospitals and Medical care will always be available for those who prefer that form of Health Care.   An end to Agricultural subsidies to any Corporate Farm. A ban on any genetically modified Vegetable or Animal to be commercially released or to be created that has the capacity to contaminate the parent species with it's manmade genetic code.   Prosecution of anyone involved with working for any company that is involved with Spam. 5 year prison sentence for owners of companies that profit through Spam.      Guy W.
