How do we make this a better world for those being born today?   Yes I have to do much more walking and riding my Bike, it's not that hard. Get a working headlight again for your bike to replace that old one. Get a new helmet or find someone who can re-attach the straps to the old one.   Contact Mexico.   Sleep more try not to worry.
